Sunshine Coast Building & Pest Reports Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated business, with 3 fully licenced inspectors that have been operating on the Sunshine Coast for the past 10 years.  Our office is centrally located in Maroochydore and we have 2 full time secretaries in the office ready to take your calls, bookings and assist with any enquiries that you may have. Carrying out the inspections are three full time, fully individually licenced and insured building & pest inspectors.  Also on staff is a full time pest technician who carries out all general pest treatments and termite treatments.

The services we offer are pre-purchase Building & Pest Inspections, Annual Pest Inspections, Thermal Imaging Inspections, Borer Scope Inspections, Termite Treatments and Pest Management.  To carry out these services we use the most up to date equipment and procedures.  All our inspections have a full comprehensive written report at the end of the inspection, not just a tick box report.
